Pharmacli ("we") takes the protection of your personal and health information seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. It applies to pharmacli.com.

Information we collect

• Order request: first and last name, email address, phone number, shipping address, cart contents, and any notes you add.
• Prescription: if you upload it, the file and the health information it contains.
• Technical data: aggregate, cookie-free traffic statistics via Cloudflare Web Analytics. We do not build an advertising profile.

The site uses no tracking cookies and shows no consent banner.

Use

• process and deliver your order;
• have a pharmacist verify your prescription and eligibility;
• send you the acknowledgement, payment link and tracking;
• answer your questions;
• meet our legal and pharmacy record-keeping obligations.

We do not use your information for marketing without your consent.

Disclosure to third parties

We share information only with providers who help us deliver the service:

• Resend (sending transactional emails);
• Cloudflare (site hosting and email routing);
• the carrier chosen for delivery;
• the payment provider when you pay for the order.

Some of these providers may process data outside Quebec or Canada. We do not sell your information.

Retention

Information tied to an order and a prescription is kept for as long as required by the legal and professional obligations that apply to pharmacies, then securely destroyed. Requests that do not result in an order are kept for at most 12 months.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. No payment card data is entered or stored on pharmacli.com: payment happens on the provider's secure page. Access to prescriptions is limited to pharmacy staff.

Your rights

Under applicable law (including Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25), you may request access to your information, its correction, its deletion where the law allows, or withdraw your consent. Write to info@pharmacli.com.

A responsible person is designated within Pharmacli. Their contact details will be stated here and can be obtained on request at info@pharmacli.com.

Any change is posted on this page with a new update date.
